Mike R. de Leeuw is a Registered Architect in the States of California and Texas. He brings in excess of 45 years experience to the firm with his expertise being both in commercial and large custom residences.
Mr. de Leeuw was born in England, where he spent his initial years. Upon leaving  England, he also lived in Belgium and Holland. Being able to first hand visit and study the Architectural styles of many European Buildings and Manors, Mr. de Leeuw is able to utilize this experience to accomplish his goal in creating true to style design in his Residential design.
Mr. de Leeuw received his formal education in his chosen profession in Canada, where he further developed his keen interest in Architecture. Moving to Los Angeles in 1965, Mike acquired the opportunity to work on several projects in Southern California. Mr. de Leeuw moved to Texas in 1997 and now makes his permanent home here.
Mr. de Leeuw has been Principal in Charge of several commercial projects, including several apartment buildings, condominium projects, churches, hotels, restaurants, medical offices and general office buildings. Mr. de Leeuw has also worked as a Construction and Project Manager for several large school bond projects, totaling in excess of $76,000,000.
Mr. de Leeuw is also a specialist in Residential Architecture. His European background enables him to design manors true to period and European historic style Architecture.
Since taking up residence in the Texas Hill Country, Mr. de Leeuw has brought his Architectural expertise to the design of several local commercial projects, including, but not limited to restaurants, office space, retail space, medical clinics and care facilities. |
